12 months on technical correctness — we fix any defect in our work free of charge. With a maintenance plan the warranty is extended for as long as maintenance runs.
Secure Revolut checkout or bank transfer — 50% deposit and 50% on delivery, or full payment upfront. As a service made to your specifications, no refund is possible after full delivery and acceptance (Art. 86 of the Croatian Consumer Protection Act (transposing Art. 16 of Directive 2011/83/EU)). Written complaints are answered within the statutory 15 days.
